when I closeBJ4 and Program ' JavaFX Scene Builder 1.1' open separately, it works.

It is strange that 3069MB are not enough.
Basic4Android works fine.
Too bad, so I can probably be prohibited or restricted use.

When I first open the Scene Builder and then B4J open, then does both, and I can switch between the two. Is not optimal, but it works.
Only Scene Builder open from B4J out does not work.

I know this thread is old but here's a useful piece of info. If you have a small swapfile (windows boxes), which I find frequently, windows will begin using real memory too soon. Make sure your swapfile is at least 1.5X the installed RAM. Especially if you have recently added more memory.

Swapfile settings can be found in Computer Management > Computer Management Properties (local)> Advanced Tab> Performance Options> Virtual Memory.

Select the primary disk (or all disks where your programs are run from), select custom size and set it to the correct value.

If you have 1GB of RAM then set it to 1.5 X 1024 = 1536
If you have 4 GB of RAM then set it to 1.5 X (4 X 1024) = 6144

Do this for all disks which contain directories for installed programs.
Click OK and allow restart when prompted.

You can google 'windows version set swapfile' to find your settings for inspection / modification.

Same problem here but also Scene Builder 1.1 refused to start alone (XP/3GB and W8/16GB).

Both solved editing the windows registry t0 lower the scenebuilder vm maximum memory heap size (-Xmx):
B4X:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\
 Software\
   JavaSoft\
    Prefs\
     com\
      oracle\
       javafx\
        scenebuilder\
         /J/V/M/User/Options -> -/Xmx
The default value was 999m, changed to 512m then finally scenebuilder started without issues.
