help with tts.Language

Hi!!!!
I need help with setting up the voice perimater
And the help info is not very helpfull to me anyway.
I have no problem understNding the other ones but only that one.
I have tryed all the folowing things

TTS1.Language("en,US")
TTS1.Language="en,US,)

actually I have tried to many ways of doing it
can somebody help me out with the right perimeters
the error kept saying third parameter missing
I don't know what's missing please help
I wanted to talk in english and the country would the the USA

I think it should be:

TTS1.SetLanguage("en", "US")
