Android Question Horizontal Scroll View and WebView

I placed sevneral WebView into Horizontal Scroll View. And when I drag content in WebView, the Horizontal Scroll View starts to move left/right very often. How to protect againt this and implement a kind of rubber behavior ? In other words how to reduce sensibility of HSW and allow to scroll left/right only if a user dragged content horizontally more than a treshold? I need to implement the behavior as Feedly demonstrates.

Combining two scrollable views is problematic.

Or AHViewPager - it might better handle the touch events.
