B4J Library how do write text to just one cell in tableview

I'm new at b4j. I can write rows to tableview....
I want to be able to write text to any cell in Tableview.... and also control background color of any cell. Is it possible. (it was easy in VB6).
Or is tableview the wrong component to use.

You can change the background colors of individual cells by using Panes as the items. Put the labels in the panes.
You can then use CSSUtils to change the background colors of the panes.
