How to...do a moving scrawl...like ESPN

Does anyone know how to do a scrawl (a line of text moving from right to left at the bottom of the screen like on ESPN) in B4A?

Know nothing about ESPN (it is always helpful to give a link), but searching for something like this?

ESPN is a sports TV channel, so I couldn't provide a link, but the bottom of this Yahoo finance page also has this type of crawl.
