Android Question how to drag images from scrollview to panel?

I have a scrollview and i want to drag them to a panel

You can use the DraggableView class to make views draggable: https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/18395

You will need to add some logic to remove the view from the ScrollView and add it to the panel.
