How to get a picture to move and be resized??

Hi guys, what would be the easiest way to make a multiple pictures movable with your finger and be re sized with your finger. im using touchimageview right now but you cant make more than 1 picture moveable. I have a couple pictures that i want to put in my app, but i want them to be draggable and have the ability to resize. What is the best and easiest way to do that?? Thanks in advance!!!
