How to open into google maps

Is it possible to have a button, to where it opens up into the browser (or the actual google maps app) on their local android and open a Google Maps location?

Where the geo:0,0 is the coordinates? Would it be possible to substitute an address into that?

You can use this:

geo:latitude,longitude
geo:latitude,longitude?z=zoom
geo:0,0?q=my+street+address
geo:0,0?q=business+near+city
