Android Question How to put a line on a Panel or on any views

Dear Friends,

Is there any view available something like "LINE", that can be placed on a panel or any other views.

I am looking for a way to put a line on a panel as shown in the picture below. What I blured is a heading of the Panel. Any idea how this can be done using B4A ?
