Android Question How to split items of SmsMessage from a list.

Here is the code sir.

List1 = SmsMessages1.GetAllSince(DateTime.Add(DateTime.Now, 0, 0, -7))

Sms = List1.Get(i)

Next

i want to get every part of sms not the whole data that is separarate the comma.
i want to split the address, phonenumber etc.
