B4i creates a regular ipa file.
And I download it. (Tools -> Build Server -> Download Last Build APP)

How to upload ipa file to Apple Store from my windows PC ?

You must use a Mac to upload the file to the app store. If you don't have a Mac then you can use a service such as MacInCloud.
