How to use .so library

Please pardon me if I sound stupid or I am not posting this question properly.
I am new to B4A and have not gotten the hang of everything.

Your product has been a lifesaver for me.

I have been a vb programmer for about 20 years, but have generally always been in the Microsoft arena with Visual Studio, so you product is new to me.

Back to my question:

I am working with an industrial android tablet running 2.2.
The unit has a built-in laser barcode reader as well as RFID.

The unit is a custom design from China.
The SDK and samples they sent me for development include libraries, but the are .so files.

Is there a way that I can use them with B4A?

.so files are native libraries. You will need to create a Java library that loads them and accesses their methods.
