A few things:

1- Is this app intended to run on tabs or large screen phones?, if yes, then look at these screenshots of a 7 inch tab THIS, THIS and THIS, on a phone (EVO 4G) look like THIS

2- The voice sounds bad, it seems the changes you made to the pitch and speed are not optimal.

3- On my EVO running ICS the app crashes look at THIS, selecting any of THESE options crashes the app, I get errors like THIS or THIS

1 - no, I have not been able to test on tablets or telf with a size of 7 inches, with a resolution higher than 480x800, until yesterday I have a telf with resolution 1280, I could make changes, but only updated the version "riders"

Well, on all my devices the voice sounds horrible, I tested it on a Froyo, ICS and JellyBean device.

3- This error in any phone show , possible fail with GPS and/or AGPS ?

It seems to me like database errors, missing files, etc.
