iOS Question i cant upload mi ipa file to iTunes Connet

hi,
i cant upload mi ipa file to iTunes Connet , with itunes connect uploader
my archive file size is 18,3 Mo, and i use hosted builder , my B4i version is 2.31
can any one tel me the steps to folow for uploading my build .
(user id ??????, password??) is thes my itune connect id and pass word???????????

yes i have,
after several minute loading....
i get this error

"Uploading ipa file.
Communication error: RequestCanceled"

This is the error that I see when I try to upload your app:

Invalid Bundle Structure - The binary file 'Muslim athan pro.app/main.o' is not permitted. Your app can’t contain standalone executables or libraries, other than the CFBundleExecutable of supported bundles. Refer to the Bundle Programming Guide at https://developer.apple.com/go/?id=bundle-structure for information on the iOS app bundle structure."

Are you using a custom main file?

yes erel i use a "Background Fetch" in my application, so i put a custum "main.m" to <project>\Files\Special

I recommend you to update to the latest version of B4i. It will fix this issue. Otherwise you will need to remove the file and replace the default one (under Program Files (x86)\Anywhere Software\B4i).
