I have a B4A app that works perfectly but when I install to another device, it can't find the files in the file manager. I hadn't touched this app for several years, but needed an update and now I can't get it to load the files when installing from an APK. What am I doing wrong?

Is the Android version the same?

Possibly file permissions. File access has been limited in later Android versions. What is the target SDK in the app manifest and what are the Android versions on the device that works and the device that fails?
