B4J Question I suddenly can't add files to a project

I've been working on this one off and on while working on others. Tonight I'm trying to add files via the files manager but it won't ADD anything.

I click the "Add Files" button, the files are in the /Files directory.

I select the file.

I clock open files.

The file chooser goes away, there are no error messages, and the file is not added to the project.

I've done this before, no problem. Now ...

I just created a new project. Tried creating two different forms.

The first one went into the project, the second one didn't. I can' add it manually either.

Maybe there is an active debug session?
