ICS slowing down apk

I lust upgrade my Asus Transformer to ICS 4.0.3 and tried my apk made with B4A and it seems to work ok, but the only thing is it slows down my apk when I populate a scrollview with my db records.
The same code with the old Gingerbread made it around 1 second (only about 20 records with 10 fields), now with ICS it takes about 7 seconds with same code!
I tried it out even on my Galaxy SII and it is fast, about 1 second.
Plus on my Asus when it shows me the scrollview populated it first makes a black screen and then it pops up showing the scrollview, never happen before on Gingerbread.
Is there any settings maybe to make in ICS settings.

Thankx Pal57.

Thankx Margret for telling me that I'm not the only person with this problem I am trying to understand where is the problem going step to step with debuging but in debug mode via Wifi everything seems to work well it doesn't stop at any line and reading the database file is quick.
Hope that some one can figure it out.

I have an app that uses a wifi api and works fine on a single processor device and also worked fine in the ASUS TF. Now that I have updated my TF to ICS, it hangs for a second and then move on and does this the whole time the app is running. It shows nothing in the logs. I also noticed that another app from the market I use for FTP shows this same stop/start issue. As far as I am concerned they broke my Transformer. I hope they fix it soon as well. And I hate we can't turn off background data anymore. It cuts battery life by 40% compared to pre-ICS.

I know that we are getting off topic, but my battery life seems the same to me and other apk that I downloaded from the market seems to work normaly, I have only that problem with my apk written in B4A and only populating the scrollview, removing view fron the same scrollview is fast with no screen problems, listviews are ok and commondialogs also.
Tonight want to try out some scrollviews examples made from Erel and see how they work. :)
