Wish IDE Toolbar Build Configuration

At the toolbar there is now a dropdown with how to compile (debug or release).
It would be handy if next to it could choose with 'Build Configuration (ctrl-B)'you want to use or at
least see which Build Configuration is active.

Note that the compilation window title includes the current build configuration name.

Thanks Erel didnt notice that before but would prefer it that we could choose the configuration name from the toolbar.
