IgnoreWarnings Problem

Hi all,
I'm wonder that I've set #IgnoreWarnings: 12 in Project Attributes already,Why does it still has warning code 12?

The IgnoreWarning attribute only affects the current module.

You should either add it to the relevant module or a better solution:
Explicitly set the subs to be Public. This will remove this warning.
