In-App recurring payment and mobile markets

Hello!

I am creating an app.
Ideally, this would be a freemium with a
free part and then basically a yearly fee for the
paid-for one.

What I am wondering about is this:
imagine that I want to distribute it through
SlideMe, for example, and using Google Checkout.
Would this be a problem for them? Do you know of any
specific policies? And how about Amazon?
I am just drafting a plan of what I want to do and
would rather make it sensible from the start.
Any insights?

The In-app billing solution from Google will only work with apps in Google Play.
