input tone marks in computer (Thai TTS)

Hi all,
I need to disturb someone to help me to input tone marks in computer.
I don't how to press the keyboard to add tone marks in computer.
as same as in this website drill tone mark - YouTube

P.S. I'm understand to input tone marks in my language already.
i.e. "ma^i" ==> tone mark fonts?

I have already use tone mark,but it isn't my answer.I must use mp3 joiner instead of them
