Install Failed in Emulator

When I Compile Basic4android application I am getting an error message as
INSTALL_FAILED_INSUFFICIENT_STORAGE .But my sdcard have
887 MB free space in Emulator.Pls advise how to solve this issue.

Try to delete the Emulator and create a new one.
