Summary .. locate zipalign.exe <YOUR_SDK_PATH> ? maybe... C:\Android\android-sdk\build-tools\xxxx\zipalign.exe

and copy to... <YOUR_SDK_PATH> ? C:\Android\android-sdk\TOOLS\zipalign.exe
