iOS Question It is 2022 and many changes on the Apple website, need help how to publish app

Hi, I can find the right way to publish the app, I have the IPA file already tested , generated, my Apple developer account in good standing,...etc... but now how to submit? where?????? (I am using local builder with a Mac, thanks in advance
