Now that TestFlight is going down
How do I use iTunes connect for sending my app for users to test?
(Can you post some tutorial?)

The second step:

Generate a new App Store Distribution profile containing the beta entitlement to distribute builds via TestFlight.

Means that you need to use a store certificate + provision profile.
