iOS Question Keeping designer files in sync

I am updateing the itunes store with one version of my app for flighttesting and
the other version is what I develope on.
I do alot of work on the one and then...
I want to transer the designer files to the other.
what files does the designer change and can I copy them over to
other app program?(everything else being equal)

I see the .bil files...but nothing happens when I copy them over???

All the layout data is saved in the bil file. You can just copy it and then press on the Sync button (in the Files tab).
