Layouts and tabs

Hmm,

Kind of a painful experience with Tabs. I have 4 tabs and the last tab is loading a settings list. When I click on an item in the settings list I want to load another layout in either the current tab or replacing the whole main layout, removing the tabs.

When done with settings and clicking back button I want my tab layout again.

This is very hard to do right now. Using panels is also not the way to go for me I guess.

Any suggestions.

Maybe you should show a new activity instead of changing the layout of an existing one.

Ik know that would be better but that means I need to re/write a lot of other things. Currently i´m not using static modules in this app. so settings are all in main code.

Need to rewrite this later on but have no time right now.
