Android Question Librarys don't update after reinstall

Yesterday in reinstalled my Windows and also reinstalled my B4A 5.02

I also redownloaded all my librarys and copied them to the librarys folder.

All paths are correct configured. But when i start B4a i only see the default librarys.

I install the b4a as normal user , as admin but same problem ???

I use Windows 8.1

Any one a idea ?
