Looking for Guidance

Hi everyone, I am new to basic4ppc. I am looking for a IDe to use on my windows mobile phone to do a little programing when I am away from my PC, I have a few question, can I use this software to develop C++, .net, and java programs for desktop and mobile, and if so what software besides basic4ppc do I need?

Basic4ppc is an IDE and a programming language. Basic4ppc is based on .Net.
You can only write .Net programs in the Basic4ppc language (which is similar to Visual Basic).

Thank you for your help, I was also wondering if there was any software like basic4ppc that will allow me to use C++, and java
