Referring to,

Please make auto backup to have whole project structure to be zipped/unzipped identically, for B4XPages project.

It is now follows old mono-project structure, which changes structure/position of files in the zip folder, requiring manual work to restore.

You can use the Comment Links to zip your B4X Project into Project.zip
B4X:
'Ctrl + click to export as zip: ide://run?File=%B4X%\Zipper.jar&Args=Project.zip

Thanks for the suggestion @aeric

Problem is
B4X:
I made a mess of the code and remember that earlier code worked.

Your suggestion will help if I do the manual ctrl+click instead of relying on auto backup.

I think auto backup only make zip of the folder you are working on depending on the platform. If you are using B4A then it only zip the B4A folder but it keeps the timestamp in the file name.

No.
Check screen-shots in the referred link.

I don’t know which screenshot you mean. Of course other than the B4A folder (if you are using B4XPages), the zip file also include the module files inside the parent folder.

Sorry, I should have been more specific.

Below is the folder compare screen-shots,

Of course other than the B4A folder (if you are using B4XPages), the zip file also include the module files inside the parent folder.
Which is the problem as in the compare program, these files do not match correspondingly.
