map initialize NullPointerException

Strange thing that user is reporting - I gave him debug apk, and the problem is, he is getting NullPointerException on line which is:
Name_List.Initialize

Name_List is declared on Proccess_Global:
Dim Name_List As Map

that's it - no idea why it can happen to him
I asked him for his andriod version

You should also ask the user for the full error stack. There are free market applications that allow users to send the logs.

also is this something I can add to my code - he is running debug apk

he is using standard adroid version with orange rom on galaxy s2 (same as me)
