Memory gone! Little help window?

Sorry but I have a blank memory and cannot think of the correct terminology, so cannot find the answer.
When typing say... cvs.DrawRect ... as the dot is typed a list appears. As soon as a selection is clicked in the list another window appears showing the template and other useful information. So far so good.

I would like to know how to bring up that information 'after' I have selected and entered 'DrawRect' (because the useful info has now gone) to remind me of the required parameters without having to open a manual to find it.

Is it possible to highlight DrawRect and press a key to retrieve it?

You want Intellisense and the Tooltips(i dont know the exact name either) for information?
Ctrl+Space gives you Autocomplete/Intellisense.
For the tooltip information I usually remove and add a comma to get it back.
