Android Question Midi Mic recorder

Hi All

1. I'd like to create an app for music making.

I'd like to humm or whistle into the phone mic and:

1. Have that recorded in MIDI format
2. Have the recording adjust the input frequency to the nearest half-note
3. Have a graphic representation of notes contantly updated on the screen.
4. Be able to export this as a MIDI file.

Could anyone point me in the right right direction regarding which libraries and methods I should look at?
