Android Question Mobile-PC Wifi connection | Android Code

Hello everyone.

I'm an amateur Android coder. I am trying to connect PC and My Android Device by using WIFI. But I dont know how to do it on Eclipse.

In my code, I have a button which it wants an IP address. And I know my PC's IP adress too. But how can I connect between two of them? I have no idea about that code. I know we should use, same WIFI. But how?

Any helps or documents? Thanks.

I want to do a Touchpad program at Android, basicly two sides connect at Wifi, than control. But i have no idea, how can I connect two of them.
