Android Question move a image to panels

Refer to BBS, to ask for help.
I add a Button on the screen, and a GestureDetector,a Panel I hope that by clicking on the button, produce the GestureDetector mobile, when moving the GestureDetector to the panel, the panel shows his background, GestureDetector hiding at the same time.
I hope someone help me
