iOS Question mysql security at ios

For the android, I had an app which uses mysql server connected via php. This way Erel had said that , the app can be decompiled and can be used to harm the database. Is it the same for ios ? If i have some securit for mysql and php , does ios apps can be decompiled to and recompiled to make some harm or is security better at ios ?

It is more difficult to decompile iOS apps however it is still possible.
