Java Question Need to know?

Can we do this with any existing libraries and if so, how does one go about creating a new library from the available files (for tutorial purposes)! It would be nice to know for some of us.

I don't think that there is currently any library that implements this effect.

It is possible to wrap it. However it requires some Java knowledge.

While it was not complicated for me to wrap it, it would have been complicated for someone who is not familiar with Java or the Java Android SDK.
