Other New Forum for Translations?

Is there any possibility to open a new forum section for posting files for translation in a different language?
Means the UI translation.

May be there is a demand for it apart from an offical Google translation Service.

I think that you can start with the business forum and if it catches we can open a new forum section in the future.
