So I think I'll have to start from the DJI SPARK model.
For me as a neophyte it will be more suitable and cheaper

Yes, the Spark has many good reviews. Before buying, watch some videos on YouTube.

The latest version of this library requires some features that are not available in B4A v7.8. Those features were added for the next update (v8.0) which is planned to be released on March.
