Android Question No CPU/ABI system image

Hello all,
I can't install a virtual device. I see the message "No CPU/ABI system
image available for this target."
I am running parallels+windows XP on a mac. What am I doing wrong ?

My general recommendation is to avoid using the emulator at all.
