Android Question [Not possible!] Osmdroid - Move marker on map?

I have an osmdroid map and have placed two markers on the marker overlay. Is there a possibility to touch, hold and move a marker?
Using:
osmdroid 3.08
B4A 5.02

OSMDroid never had such 'luxury' features added.
