Outlook.dll error after compiling

My app works fine when running through B4PPC on my WM5 device (.Net CF2 installed) - it sends an SMS after a button press.

Once I compile it on the PC and copy it to the same location as the source code it proclaims 'Error loading external library: \My Documents\Outlook.dll. This is the correct location and also where the source code loads it.

I thought it may be because I hadn't added the Outlook Desktop DLL before compiling (hadn't needed it before for what I was doing). This didn't make a difference.

Anyone out there have any ideas?

As your application uses .Net CF 2.0 it requires a small configuration file.
    Download the config file: http://www.basic4ppc.com/files/ConfigFiles.zip
Rename the file (from the device folder) to YourAppName.exe.config and put it in the same folder of your executable.
