Output TTS To The Other Person

how can i output the TTS voice to the microphone, so that the other person can hear it instead of speaker? like a IVR app?

i am making a app for a person who cant talk, so i want to redirect the TTS output so that the other person hear it instead of our own speaker.

anyone ?

I don't think that it is possible to redirect the output. However the microphone should catch the speakers output.
