Bug? Password Text in EditText Being Revealed By Swype

I've realized that when typing text into a EditText that has its "Password" attribute set to true (so that the entered text is masked), Swype reveals the contents of the textbox, even if you exit the application and re-launch (in the case of saved login info). Swype doesn't behave this way in other applications, so I'm thinking this may be something with B4A's EditText Password functionality?

There is no such thing as B4A's EditText. It is the standard native control and it uses the standard way to programmatically set the password mode.
