i recently built a new pc and i am facing some problems with visual lag in b4x software.
the lag is visual, the movement of the mouse is lagged, when opening the menus there is lag too, when the b4a/j is visible on the screen I have lag, similar to a game running at 15 or 20 fps.
in other programs like visual studio, notepad ++, word or any other I have no problems, it normally runs without lag, like a game running at 100+ fps, only in b4x software there is this problem.
the pc is all new, windows recently installed. the pc is clean, so i don't know if it's a hardware problem or if it's on windows/software
temperatures are ok.
i7 cpu 9700f
video RTX 2060
ssd m.2 1tb
16gb ram 2400mhz
Aoc 27 144hz monitor. 1ms with gsync enabled
b4a and b4j recently installed, I didn't open a project, I just installed and opened the software and I noticed the lag.
I'm using a 144hz monitor, on the nvidea panel it's 144hz and on windows too.
tested in games and had no problems either, games running at 144 fps smoothly.
I tried to go back to 60Hz and nothing changed, the lag continues.
all pc drivers are updated according to the manufacturers' websites, including the monitor driver.
already tried to disable everything from b4x, auto backup, auto format etc .....
to simulate the problem just open the b4x software, after the splash the visual lag starts, when I minimize the software the lag continues until I click on another location, for example on my desktop.
open b4a = lag
minimizes b4a = lag
clicks something on the screen = normal
maximizes b4a = lag
b4a and are already in the latest version, I downloaded it yesterday on the site, java 11 as shown on the site too.
anyone here already had this problem or know how to solve?
I can do tests too if I need to.
Note: I did not post in a specific place because the problem happens in all b4x software.
