Is there available a library to open, insert a jpg image onto a PDF (always the same size) to specific locations (always the same) and then save it?

I'm trying to ease a very painful process were I work.

I dont know a library which can EDIT an exiting pdf. But there are some pdf creation libraries available.
You also can try the links in my signature.

Even if I have to convert the pages to JPG, insert that transparent image signature and then convert the JPG to PDF would work.

Pdfjet is your friend. But the paid version.
