Android Question permission denied

when compiling I get this error:

Access to the path 'C:\Users\hadas\Documents\Android\DataCollection\Objects\bin\classes\com\upright\DataCollection\designerscripts' is denied.

please help

Something is locking the folder and prevents the compiler from writing a new file to this folder. Is it a regular local folder?

Make sure that there isn't any open explorer window in this path.
