Android Question Phonecalls- How to hide dialer screen?

Hi, I'm using the phone library for make calls, but the dialer screen opens and pause my app, Its possible to re-open my app? and show the call in the notification bar(attached screenshot)? Its ok if the dialer opens but I need to hide it and show my app screen again. Or instead of show the dialer, show immediately the call in the notification bar.

Reading some posts, I found that I can start another activity a few seconds later and then hide the dialer, can someone upload an example of this?

2. Before you make the call, you should use CallSubDelayed to run the following Starter service sub:

'in the main activity you should call:
CallSubDelayed (MyStartActivity)

'Starter service
Public Sub MyStartActivity
csu.CallSubPlus(Me, "MyStartActivity_Impl", 5000)
End Sub

Private Sub MyStartActivity_Impl
StartActivity(Main)
