Android Question Phrasing Text To Find Number to Dial

Hi all,

I would like to know if there is any solution to the following situation:

I Have a text with phone numbers and other characters,
which I need that when the user
will click on the phone part it will dial to the number which he was clicking on.

but now how can I detect the phone number within a lot of text?
