iOS Question Picker Height and anchor

Picker.height = 100%y or
picker vertical anchor = both on designer don't seem to be working. It will only show a max height of about 20%y
Are there any other codes or setting I'm missing?

I misread your question. The actual height of the Picker control is constant. You cannot change it.
